Black Kani Jamawar Pallu Silk Saree

Black Kani saree in silk fabric is accentuated with Kani weaving in alluring Jamawar floral motifs and beautiful color palette on its border and pallu, while  zari threads woven into the design render perfect brilliance to this rich saree. It is accompanied with plain black blouse piece highlighted with Kani weaving in rich booti pattern.

The design inspiration for this Pashmina Silk saree is drawn from the heritage weaves of ancient Pashmina shawls from Kashmir that date back to the Mughal era, and also from the traditional motifs that have descended through the centuries.
Kani is an ancient art form of Kashmir that is known to exist since 3000 BC and has been passed down across several generations. We cherish and celebrate this traditional craft through this traditional silk saree handpicked to showcase the meticulous interplay of fine threads and luxurious motifs.
