Shipping policy

Our company provides delivery services for customers in various cities and towns across India, as well as to most countries around the world. We ensure that your orders are delivered in good condition by using high-quality packaging and reputable courier agencies.

 All of our products come with the Imperial Weaves logo to guarantee their authenticity. We kindly request that you provide us with your complete address, including the zip code and phone number, at the time of placing your order or registration. Please also include any landmarks to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any delays or incorrect deliveries due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer, and no refunds can be claimed in such cases.

 We offer free shipping for orders within India, while our overseas customers can enjoy free shipping for purchases above INR 20,000. For purchases below that amount, shipping charges will be stated at the time of checkout.

The dispatch time of the product may vary based on its availability. Please check the product details for the dispatch time before placing your order. Our prices are inclusive of GST.

Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email, SMS, and WhatsApp message containing tracking information. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in India and 8-14 business days for international shipments. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by holidays, festivals, lockouts or the courier service provider. No refund will be entertained during such circumstances.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SEEKING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, ALL TARRIFS, VAT, IMPORT DUTIES, AND LOCAL TAXES ARE TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER AND PAID AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO OUR COURIER PARTNER. THESE CHARGES WILL BE ADDITIONAL TO THE PRODUCT PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER, THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS AND ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THESE COSTS DIFFER FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY BASED ON LOCAL REGULATIONS. CUSTOM CHARGES MAY ALSO APPLY FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE INDIA, FOR WHICH THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS IN CUSTOM CLEARANCE.

In case the customer refuses to pay the import duty / tax at the time of delivery, the package would be considered abandoned and our company would not be further responsible for the package. No refund would be initiated in this case.


COD Terms:

COD is applicable only for orders less than Rs. 30000. COD is available at selected pin codes across India. Please check the availability before placing the order by contacting a customer care representative at +91 9103243392, as COD availability may change from time to time.

In the case of cash on delivery, confirmation will be taken from the recipient over the phone. Only cash payments in Indian currency will be accepted while delivering the order under the COD format. Demand Drafts or cheques will not be accepted. is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-gift vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. A COD order will be delivered only after receiving full payment in cash.

  • We do not charge shipping for COD orders.
  • We deliver through trusted courier partners.
  • You can refuse to accept a COD order only if the parcel is damaged. You have to communicate this through email, along with pictures of the damaged parcel.
